General

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. To check out, please drop your keys at the front desk or leave them in your room upon departure. 

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

We offer early check-in and late check-out based on request and availability. Please make arrangements for early check-in and late check-out in advance so we can better accommodate your extension. Late check-outs can be accommodated until 2:00 pm free of charge; 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm incurs a half-day charge. Checkouts after 5:00 pm incur a full-day rate. Early check-ins before 12:00 pm are subject to an early check-in fee of $50. 

All forms of late checkout and Early Check-In requests are granted based on availability. If we cannot accommodate your request, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage at the front desk until your room is ready.

Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yes, the front desk is happy to store your luggage until you are ready.

What are the options for parking?

We offer overnight parking for a small fee of $15 for your first car per night and $25 for each additional vehicle per night. However, guests without a vehicle will find that our location near public transportation makes car-free exploration a breeze.

Are there any vehicle height restrictions for on-site parking?

Main lot height: 10ft
Lower parking garage height: Entry: 6ft 8 inches, lowest clearance in spots of garage is 6ft.
Side lot: Open air, no restrictions.

What is the best way to pay for my reservation?

A valid credit card is required to be on file to reserve a room. We accept all major credit cards. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid I.D. upon check-in.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi on-site that is included in your stay. 

Do you offer extra beds or cribs?

Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request. Any type of extra rollaway bed or crib needs to be confirmed by management due to availability. The maximum number of extra rollaway beds/cribs in a room is one and only available in King Guestrooms. Children under 4 years old stay free of charge in a crib. Any additional persons 12 years or older are charged $15 per person per night in an extra rollaway bed. 

Policies

What is the guestroom cancellation policy?

Guests must notify the hotel 24 hours in advance to cancel their reservation or pay a no-show fee equal to the first night's room, and tax. The policy may change during high-demand periods and/or special events.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, our second floor is designated as dog friendly. There is a $25 daily cleaning fee. We ask that you call ahead to let us know if you are bringing a dog so we can assign you a pet friendly room. 

Is smoking allowed on property?

The entire hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed outside, 10 ft from the entrance. Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms, hallways, or fire escapes. Smoking in a guestroom will cause the guest to be charged an additional $250 for each day of the stay.

Reservations

What are the taxes and fees on my reservation?

Taxes and fees are as follows: 
  • City of Portland Transient Lodgings Tax: 6% 
  • Multnomah County Transient Lodgings Tax: 5.5% 
  • State of Oregon Transient Lodgings Tax: 1.5% of the amount charged for occupancy  
  • Portland Tourism Assessment: 3% 

Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?

Yes, guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

What is the credit authorization at check-in?

At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and an additional $100 USD in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $100 USD for incidentals/security deposit, must be presented upon check-in. Cash is not accepted as a form of payment for the incidental/security deposit.

How many guests are allowed per guestroom or suite?

Two guests are allowed in our King style rooms, four guests are allowed in our Queen style rooms.

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

Does the hotel have accessible rooms and areas?

Yes, we have accessible rooms and accessible public areas.

I booked on a website other than innatcc.com, and I need to make changes to my reservation. Who do I call?

Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

Amenities

What are your breakfast options?

We do not have any breakfast options on site. Denny's is only 1 block away and the front desk team has a list of other breakfast options close by. 

Do you have a business center?

The Inn does not have a business center.

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the guestroom, how can I do this?

Call the front desk and we will be happy to help coordinate amenities or gifts to the guest room.

While You're Here

What public transit options can I use while I stay?

We are conveniently located on the MAX Light Rail line, or the Eastside Streetcar is adjacent to our property to easily venture out into the city. The fare for the MAX/Tri-Met Light Rail can be found here, and there are no transfer slips.

Are there taxi services in the area?

Yes, Portland is served by several taxi companies as well as Lyft and Uber rideshares. For taxis, we suggest:

How do I use the in-room climate control?

Use knobs and buttons on the A/C and Heating unit to control fan speed, temperature and heat or cool settings. Feel free to call the front desk for specific instruction.
 

What are the instructions for the guestroom thermostat?

Most units have baseboard heat, which has a dial on the heater and window mounted air conditioners that are controlled by the keypad on the unit. Some units that have ductless HVAC units that have a remote control that operates them. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Front Desk team at 206.937.9920.

Are you able to mail something for me?

Yes, envelopes are mailed free of charge. Packages must be postmarked for delivery.

Do you offer luggage assistance?

Our 24-hour Front Desk Team would be delighted to assist you. Assistance is offered at check-in and please contact the front desk at 503.233.6331 for assistance during your stay and departure.

I lost an item or I found an item, what should I do?

Lost: All lost and found items are logged into a repository using ileftmystuff.com. Visit ileftmystuff.com, search for our location and submit a lost item form. We will reach out if we have the item. You can also call the front desk at 503.233.6331 for further assistance.

Found: Please turn in any found items to the front desk where we will safely secure and store them. Found items are held on property for 60 days.

Do you offer laundry service?

We are happy to help arrange laundry services for you. On-site laundry is currently unavailable.

Are there extra pillows/ blankets available?

Yes, extra pillows and blankets are available upon request. 

Where can I store the valuables I bring?

We have safety deposit boxes at the front desk that you can store any valuable items in.

What are the instructions to use the guestroom telephone?

In order to place a phone call, press 9 and then the full phone number you are trying to reach to access an outside line.

Where can I get ice for my guestroom?

Ice is available on the second floor alongside the vending machines. Follow the signs and be sure to take your room key.

When is housekeeping service?

Housekeeping service is provided upon request only.
