Upon check-out, each room is treated with an ozone generator to remove air pollutants and odors and UVC light cleaning machine to disinfect germs for 30 minutes. After the ozone generator and UVC light have run their cycles, we wait an additional 24 hours before removing bedding and towels vacuuming the carpet, mopping floors and wiping down all surfaces with commercial-grade cleaners. After the room is thoroughly cleaned, we replace the towels and make up the bed with freshly laundered linens. Lastly, we inspect each room to ensure each room meets our high standards for cleanliness.

  • Ozone generators oxidize and eliminate odors
  • The OdorFree technology from our machines creates O3 (ozone) in a process that utilizes an electrical current. Ozone works by breaking down odors and other pollutants at their source.

Inn at the Convention Center Safety Guidelines

  • We are currently only accepting reservations thru our website at innatcc.com or through an Online Travel Agency.
  • Face masks are required to enter the hotel and must be worn in all public areas.
  • All employees have their temperature checked each day before beginning work.
  • Some items have been removed from our guest rooms to protect all guests due to COVID-19, but are available at the front desk. This includes: irons and ironing boards, ice buckets and trays, ice, razor, shaving cream, combs, extra bathroom amenities, and shower caps, extra towels, extra garbage bags, etc.
  • Only two persons per elevator car.
